right a buyer has requested the item be sent via click and collect, how do I amend the invoice?

you don't,

if click & collect is available on the item 'click & collect' will be shown to the buyer at check out

if it isn't shown the item cannot be sent using 'click & collect'

the option wasn't offered on the original listing. Do I go back to the original listing amend it and ask the buyer to make an offer on the re listed item
