Hi,
I bought a guitar from a seller on eBay in May and after playing it for a few weeks I decided I just didn't like the feel of it as much as my other guitars so decided to sell it on through eBay. A day into my auction, eBay removed my auction and told me this guitar was counterfeit.
If I bought the guitar through eBay and eBay allowed the sale and then 5 weeks later eBay are now saying the guitar is counterfeit when I try to sell it on, am I not entitled to a refund from ebay? What options do I have?
You had 30 days to open a dispute on ebay so out of time there
Your item will have been reported by another member as ebay do not check listings unless reported.
If you paid by paypal then open a not as described dispute threre.
If you say Counterfiet then you would have to send written evidence
Have you checked it out for yourself it the item is fake or not?.
Best not to relist as if you do then you could be suspended or restricted
