I have been asked to provide my PayPal details but can't do that as I can't access my PayPal as I do not have a mobile phone so cannot get my partial refund because I cant contact PayPal, is there any other method to getting my refund and why does it have to be PayPal when I didn't pay for my item through PayPal.
