So somebody selling on eBay is using my name as part of username and my address ! I've now received o lovely ladies hat and some converse trainers obviously returned by buyers. Reported to eBay over a month ago and nothing as been done. What to do now?

I have refunded a buyer the amount she paid and the postage on a item she returned, basically changed her mind on a item , she is now asking for more postage money , as she returned it and it cost her more , she didnt want a printed label as she hadn't got access to a printer . Do I have to refund the extra amount ?

So I have an account restriction because eBay didn't take the money for fees. I made a one time payment to rectify and still nothing. Waited and then contacted the agent online that repeats everything on the automated along with sending lots of pre-typed it's a glitch rubbish. Asked to speak to a person and he sent me on a wild goose chase that lead back to him. Then he logged off! Any ideas how to speak to a competent human?

IVE OPEND A RETURN ON THE FOLLOWING ITEM AS IT ARRIVED DAMADGED, order place on th 15th of june 2021, i was admitted to hospital, so i wasnt able to complete the return, ive tried every way to re-open it, duto my learning difficulty i need to talk on the phone about, as i did try to communicate through the chat box,and that didnt help me, i need a returns label as the item arrived damadged, please help me,

Can anyone provide me with information on how to contact ebay please. I purchased an item but it is faulty and unsafe to use - I have contacted the seller but he has not responded and I then tried to contact Ebay but I am just going around in circles - it is not easy for me to do this, can anyone help please? Good afternoon Soon I will be away for a couple of weeks , but I have seen sellers when you click on their items it has a message saying away until August 1 example I would take all my liistings down and want to leave such a message , how could I do that please , so my customers know I will be back and have not disappeared for good from Ebay

Anyone able to help? Bought an item that said it was supposed to be a kit..after receiving and opening it I noticed parts missing..I have opened a return case but the seller said they would refund if the packaging was undamaged but I had to open it to see...now they are looking me to pay for the other part.. Hi all I'm selling a expensive necklace on eBay I keep getting messages from someone who claims they won't to buy it but i know that it is s scammer as I told them that I have revisited the item so they can make an offer. After two messages I ignored them, as I told them I wound not sell outside of eBay. They are saying they will buy for higher the I amount and I still keep getting messages daily. I've block them in two messages when I contacted customer support and was given the link to do this. Getting really peeped with this now. Other than take it down is there anything else that I can do?

I only hed those rings a month and the stones fell out just by washing my hands the stones was hold in by supper glue i payed just over 250 for all the rings i got from him./.ive sent him a message several times and he not replying to me about this i now have to scrap the rings alot of money to spend on tack rings hes a rup off..and i want to know what hes going to do about this as im not sening the said the ring back as it cost money he needs to replace the rings with something else a different design not stones
