Anyone able to help? Bought an item that said it was supposed to be a kit..after receiving and opening it I noticed parts missing..I have opened a return case but the seller said they would refund if the packaging was undamaged but I had to open it to see...now they are looking me to pay for the other part..

If you have received an incomplete item, it would be best to continue with the case already open, (I hope you opened a case for, Item Not As Described), return what you have received and be refunded in full.

Then purchase again
