Seller pretending to be me

So somebody selling on eBay is using my name as part of username and my address ! I've now received o lovely ladies hat and some converse trainers obviously returned by buyers. Reported to eBay over a month ago and nothing as been done. What to do now?

If they are addressed to you. You can keep the Items.

It is happening and it is sellers that say they have a UK address and do not

They seem to be putting on anyones address.

There have been quite a few reports some have been sorted by ebay

Just hang on to the items a little while and then you can dispose of them as you want

Right so nothing really to worry about? I’m not gonna get hmrc after me at a later date or anything? Thanks for responding 👍
