 I only hed those rings a month and the stones fell out just by washing my hands the stones was hold in by supper glue i payed just over 250 for all the rings i got from him./.ive sent him a message several times and he not replying to me about this i now have to scrap  the rings alot of money to spend on tack rings hes a rup off..and i want to know what hes going to do about this as im not sening the said the ring back as it cost money he needs to replace the rings with something else a different design not stones

When exactly did you receive the item?

For an item received faulty you have/had 30 days past the delivery date to open a case for I received an item that does not match the seller’s description in the Resolution Centre.

If you are still within 30 days since you received the item follow the instructions carefully and escalate to eBay as soon as you can and before day 20 after opening the case for a full refund if one is not started in the meantime.

If the seller wants the item back and the item was in the U.K. the seller should send you a prepaid return label to use to send the item back.

If the items were listed as being from abroad you pay for tracked postage yourself.

If you received the item more than 30 days ago it is too late for an eBay case but you can open a similar case on PayPal if you paid through them but as with eBay, PayPal does not get involved with warranty issues.

As with eBay escalate the case before day 20 if the refund is not started in the meantime.

You have 180 days (about 6 months) to open a case on PayPal.
