Can anyone provide me with information on how to contact ebay please. I purchased an item but it is faulty and unsafe to use - I have contacted the seller but he has not responded and I then tried to contact Ebay but I am just going around in circles - it is not easy for me to do this, can anyone help please?

For an item received faulty there is an automatic procedure on eBay and there is not normally any need to contact eBay if you follow the instructions carefully. Click this link.
