What was deleted? If a purchase and it is over 60 days, then you can't leave feedback.

If REMOVED by ebay also you can't leave feedback.

A bit of information does help instead of having to Guess.

i sold an item, posted it, then deleted it before leaving feedback, want to undelete to leave the chap feedback
