order says can be found

i purchased a hoodie it shows up in my e mails, but when i go to track it , it says item can not be found.

money has been taken from my bank account. what can i do.

Is it showing on your orders page? 

Are you saying that you are still to receive your hoodie ?

If it is taking a long time and you have paid you need to open a case of " item not received" so that you can let the seller and eBay know you have an issue. 

By " tracking it" and it  not showing...how are you doing this? On eBay or on the postal couriers website using the tracking reference... or are you just trying to " locate " the hoodie from the seller and the sellers page is "not found?"  

Hopefully some of this helps as it is unclear exactly what you are trying to communicate...

Did you purchase the item perhaps as a Guest Purchase ?  Then,  there will be nothing in your eBay account as it wasn't used.  If there is an issue this will explain the steps you need to take:
