Wrong item sent.

Hi guys.
I bought some BVC coils from a seller, they sent the wrong ones, they were for a Nautilus vape so don't fit mine.

So they told me to open a returns request and send picture which I did they said they would accept and send the right ones out.

Now they are saying they haven't recieved the coils back when they clearly told me it's ok because I don't haver a printer to print barcode label off.

I don't even have a phone because it was stolen had to use my laptop camera to take picture.

Ok then dont worry we will dispatch your correct parcel on Monday as the courier services were closed because of the weekend.

 

That was last week now they are saying they have not recieved the coils back yet?
How do i get Ebay involved to sort this out?

Wrong item sent.

Open an eBay Case for 'not as described' within the 30 days guarantee time limit.

There is no need to contact the Seller further as eBay will sort the problem out for you.

Without tracking evidence that you have,  ebay can't help you.
