Has the order gone to Netherlands?

Hello!

I bought a product from eBay in the UK, which came via the Pitney Bowes carrier, it was supposed to go to Portugal, I noticed today that it appears on the tracking that it went to the Netherlands, I don't understand why, a few years ago I bought a product that came from the UK to Spain and from Spain to Portugal.

I don't understand what's going on here...

If anyone can enlighten me, I'd appreciate it.

I'm not an expert but I was intrigued enough to have a look into this.

 

The obvious place to start was the latest status update, so I Googled 'B2CClearanceStatus4' and came up with a company called B2C Europe (Netherlands) BV (parcelsapp.com). This is what showed on the Google search:

B2C Europe (Netherlands) BV tracking

 
Universal Parcel Tracking
 
Track B2C Europe packages, as well as any parcel from AliExpress, Joom, GearBest, BangGood, Taobao, eBay, JD.com and other popular online stores.
 

My guess is that the parcel has been shipped to Portugal correctly (the 3rd entry states the parcel was cleared by Portuguese  Customs, and the 2nd entry states it has been handed over to a local - ie Portuguese - delivery agent) and the entry which concerns you shows as NL solely because the company operating the parcel tracking is based in the Netherlands.

Hello, thank you for your reply.

Yes, I hope it really is already in Portugal, there was no point in going to the Netherlands, while in Spain they also deal with orders coming from China from another store that I won't mention.

Has the order gone to Netherlands?

How long did it take to change from B2C ClearanceStatus4 to delivery? Mine has this status now since May 2nd and its now May 6th. Thank you
