Can you get suspended or denied from ebay moneyback guarantee when buying as a guest if you don't register your account? Is it the same things as a registered ebay account that causes the limitation?

i've read valid information, they don't ban by MAC address, only by IP address, house address, person name and cookies.

Ebay don't publish their security parameters,  for obvious reasons.  Your 'valid information' cannot have come from them.
