Tracking number beginning with QE

Anyone know why it states 'Acess Denied' in red when I try to track it on RM?

Starts with QE,  9 numbers, ending  GB

That can and will happen with monotonous regularity when using RM Track and Trace, and has been happening for quite some length of time.

The situation should resolve itself, although I seem to recall that I did once experience an "outage" for 2 or 3 days around the end of last year.

Hi, thanks for replying.

While I was out it was delivered. I was getting a bit twitchy as it was stated as tracked 48, but from the order date <7th> has not been recognised by RM tracking, or any other of the tracking sites I use. 

Anyway, it arrived in a Shein bag, with a small barcode sticker, partially covered by a larger RM48.

Someone else I notice has now left FB saying it's come from Shein also.

The RM tracking number given on the order was totally wrong,

Checking the one on the parcel sticker, that now tracks as delivered.

All in all a tad sloppy & quite misleading, but at least it arrived.
