I need to mark a item I recieved as delivered but there's no option for it?

I need to mark a item I bought as delievered as it arrvived today. There's no option in any of the drop downs to select delivered for the item.  The delivery and item tracking for the item was upgraded by the seller to get the item to me quicker at my request but it means the old tracking details didn't register the delivery as complete for the seller.

Can ebay customer support reach out to me and get the item marked as delivered for me please? 

I can't find any UK email address to ask ebay uk  customer support to help.

Buyers can't mark as delivered.   If the seller didn't use postage supplied via ebay they need to contact ebay and ask them to change the tracking number for the item.   You can send them this link so they can request a callback:

If you haven't already done so by the time you read this response you could try leaving the seller some feedback in relation to the item that you received and perhaps even commenting on the overall condition of the item, as by doing so that would then serve as proof to eBay that you - the buyer - successfully received the item that you purchased from the seller.  It may also help the seller to get his or her money released sooner if there is a problem with the tracking and eBay won't release the money you paid for the item until they have proof that the item was successfully delivered.  I know it doesn't count as tracking, but in the absence of any form of tracking it's the next best thing that the seller could have with which to say to eBay "Check out my feedback history - the buyer's left feedback for the item, so why would he/she do that if it had not been received?"  Without it the seller will have to wait for longer than would otherwise be the case for the payment to be made available to him or her.
