I’ve bought a stone island jacket checked on stone island website and it’s a fake 

I’ve messaged seller with a screen shot but the seller doesn’t accept returns

The seller *has* to accept returns if the return is for 'item not as described', ebay will enforce this.

Open a case with ebay for 'item not as described'.

The seller will have to send you a returns label, then when the item is confirmed as delivered back, ebay will refund you.

If I were you I'd take photos of the reasons why it's a fake. Take screenshots of the website etc and keep them safe, just in case of any more dispute!

Open not as described case and they will have no choice to accept the return and issue you a return label at Their cost. If they don't issue you a return label then escalate as soon as you get the option

Make sure it's an not as described case and don't let the seller try and get you to open any other return, sounds like a private seller as you said they don't accept returns (business sellers have too) and any other return they can close without refunding, I would ignore any messages and just let the claim deal with it, but make sure to escalate as soon as you can so the claim does not time out. Take no excuses
