If it says untracked it means there is no tracking number at all,the seller hasn't uploaded it to Ebay or the courier used isn't recognised by Ebay so any tracking number given would just hang.

Collect from where? Are the parcels not being delivered to your address?
Sellers' don't have to use tracked postage although it is advised that they do.

I think the OP is saying it is a Click & Collect and so needs notification of where/when he collects it from?
Unsure as never used that particular service.

If you're experiencing problems with items being delivered to a Click & Collect point is there a member of your family or a friend who would be willing to have the item sent to their address so that they can take it in on your behalf? If you're experiencing problems with Click & Collect then if you use the option I've just suggested as an alternative (that's if you can't be at home to take delivery of the item yourself) the person who's accepting the item on your behalf can let you know when the item has arrived, at which point you can then arrange a mutually convenient time to collect the item from whoever's taken it in for you.

If you have requested items to be delivered to a Click & Collect store then you should still receive a collection code once the store confirms receipt, you just won't be able to track delivery to the store.

First of all, you need to contact the seller directly to address this issue, as your seller is unlikely to see your query on the eBay Community Forums. You don't say how long it has been since you purchased the item, but as a rule, I would say that if the item has still not arrived seven calendar days after eBay's latest estimated date of delivery then your best option would be to open an eBay case against the seller, selecting the option "I have not received my item" as the reason why. The seller will then have three working days during which to resolve the matter with you.
If the seller fails to respond to you via the case by the fourth day from the date that you opened it, or if he or she does but only proves to be obstructive and fails to offer a workable solution to the problem, then click the blue button that gives you the option to get eBay involved, which will appear on day four of the case.
