I cannot work out how to pay for item in croatian ebay.  I was contacted  by seller and am having problems setting up [payment. ebay help page not helpfull.

As far as I can see 116699809074 - the seller doesn't post to Croatia,  not even through the global shipping program.

Ebay tells me the item was not listed even tho seller made contact through ebay the seller is having to list it then I buy in the usual way .thanks for your input

Are you selling item 116699809074 or have you listed it as you want to buy one?

If you have listed as you want to buy one and are not selling it then you must end the listing as you cannot ask for items on eBay it's for sales only.

If a someone has contacted you with one for sale they must list it on eBay for you to buy and pay through the eBay checkout.
