I have a problem with a seller.  I purchased a 2 large rolls of elastic for making face masks.   The black elastic was good quality.  The white elastic was flimsy and cheap.  After a few days I decided to contact the seller about a refund.  This was in May.  The answer I received was polite and promised a refund.    However, after a couple of weeks I didn't get the refund so I contacted them again.  This has now been going on for weeks.  At point then said the refund would be done if I promised to not post a negative review, and I agreed.  Still no refund.  I have been receiving weak promises of a refund since April, and the last time, (this week) I was told it would be done with 3 days.  I know I should have been more aggressive, but I knew they were probably experiencing problems just like everyone else.  The person who was responding was nice, but kept referring to a "partner" who had to do the refunds.   The 3 days came and went - my last message was that I had waited long enough, and I was going to post a negative review for not only the product but the poor customer service if I didn't get it immediately.  I received a flippant message saying:   "Of course you can, I will commit suicide tomorrow, whatever you want".   This was obviously not from the person who had been so nice, but presumably from the "partner".   I immedately responded back saying I was very disappointed in this unprofessional and immature response, and that I was going to contact eBay, which I should have done a long time ago.  In response I received two messages:   "what a shame ,your order is right,but u are disgusting and gready"   and " Dear friend，I will check it with my partner and record it for you. I will do my best to solve it for u after checking it, ok? It’s really my honor to serve you. Best regards"   At this point, all I want is to leave negative feedback about the product and the customer service, but when I look at the eBay site, there is NO WAY for me to do this becaue the order is outside the date range for doing that.    Is there anything I can do?     ... I bought a gazebo cover in error.  I sent it back 3 days after I received it.  Parcelforce delivered it, I paid for it out of my own money.  I asked the seller if they had refunded me because I couldn't see any evidence of it.  They told me they hadn't and told me to track the number.  I did and in fact they had received it and had signed for it.  I phoned Parcelforce and they sent me a screenshot of the proof of delevery, I sent all off this to the seller and they did not respond.  So I asked EBay to step.  They MISREAD my complaint and thought that the date of my complaint was when I sent the item back, it clearly states on the document I sent ebay that the item was returned well within 14 days - I HAVE PROOF! They said the case is closed and now I cannot access it to correct their error, and the appeal line is closed because of Covid-19.  So I sent another message to the seller asking them please in view of all the proof I sent them could I now have my money back.  They still have not responded.  So WHAT DO I DO????????????? ... Hello,   I have an Australian eBay account & Paypal account.   1. Can I use my Aust. eBay account to buy items from eBay UK or do I need to register a new account with eBay UK?    2. Can I use the Aust PayPal account to pay for eBay UK purchases?   3. Afternoon all,   I wonder if someone can advise me....   A couple of weeks agoi I left negative feedback for a seller who cancelled my transaction 4 days after I'd paid. (They were selling 5 of the same item, I bought the 4th and then someone bought the last unti after me).   Several days after I left feedback they contacted me explaining that the item had been shipped to them and arrived damaged. As it took then 4 days to cancel I can only assume they did not have the item in their possession when I paid. They also didn't cancel the last transaction which would have seemed fair to me - 'first come first served'.   Anyway, they have now sent two more messages asking me to remove the negative feedback but, given the way they went about the cancellation (Just a generic "Your order has been cancelled from ebay") and given it sounds to me like they didn't even have the item in their possession when I paid and cherry picked which transaction they would cancel I fell that my negative should still stand.   Does this sound right? I don't think I am being harsh - I'm just getting annoyed now that they keep asking me to remove the feedback.   Thanks in advcance for any advice. ... View more

ON 02.02.2020 I have spent 418.40 euros on an item.   I have never received my item, while being cheated by the seller. I can not leave feedback because I paid over 60 days ago and can not get my money back because it was 30 days ago. Looks like ebay supports thieves. I can not do anything now. I bought a neck masager for my father june 2nd it arrived with parts missing contacted the sell ,there reply was a partical refund and wecan keep the item .i refused and asked for a replacement ,i was told one had been sent and not to send the other one back.waited and waited No massager!!!! more messages back and forth in the end they end they said if i give them a possitve review they would send refund . Can I do this via the Ebay returns as I can't see a way to send them together and add tracking?    They were bought together. I see the option to return individually but no option to return both together. Can I return the together with one return request because otherwise it looks as if I will have to pay postage twice? ...
