ON 02.02.2020 I have spent 418.40 euros on an item.

I have never received my item, while being cheated by the seller. I can not leave feedback because I paid over 60 days ago and can not get my money back because it was 30 days ago. Looks like ebay supports thieves. I can not do anything now. What I am supposed to do? I will not give up.

You are in Ireland, still part of the EU.     Is there anything  like the UK's Action Fraud available to you?  Otherwise you could maybe report it as fraud to the police station nearest to the seller in his own country ( Germany? ).  If he is a business there may be a local department there like the UK's Trading Standards who you can complain to.

Aren't you all good buddies in the EU without the UK? Smiley LOL

"Looks like ebay supports thieves."

Ebay does  not have a Crystal Ball, it is up to buyers to use the tools available from Ebay and Paypal. By your inaction you are the one who has let the seller get away with this.

Did you ever let the seller know your purchase had not arrived, they also do not know unless you tell them?

eBay gives you 30 days from the estimated delivery date showing on your order to open an item not received dispute.

Paypal Buyer Protection gives you 180 days to open an item not receive dispute.

That's hardly supporting thieves if you decide to wait over six months before realising that your item hasn't arrived.

If you funded the payment with a debit or credit card, get in touch with your card rovdier and issue a chargeback.

You had 30 days to open ebay case for not received & another 30 days to escalate case,

why didn't you do this?

You can try opening paypal case, escalate after 2 days & completely ignore seller excuses.

What I am supposed to do?

It's too late now to do anything through eBay. The time limit for a money back guaramtee caim is 30 days.

Even if you paid by PayPal, it's now a few days too late to use Paypal's much longer, 180 day buyer protection policy.

We don't know how this pappened, but I'm afraid you've allowed two, rock-solid guarantees of a refund slip away. As you paid in Euros, the seller must be outside the UK so you can't even use the small claims court.

Good luck, but I really have no idea what else you can do.
