I ordered temperature but it's delivery to late so I buy other one so I sent for the return this one but I have all prof but I not received my refund money I said for the seller he is blocked my email so I can't contacts
You do not email sellers for refunds, you open cases for item not received from the Resolution Centre, link to be found for this, at the bottom of most pages.
Escalate the case on days 9 - 21 if not refunded beforehand.
Do not close the case early for any reason, and do not forget to escalate.
You don't email sellers. You message them through Ebay messages. Sellers cannot block messages from buyers who have recently purchased from them.
However, you don't need to contact the seller at all. You simply use the tools that Ebay has provided:

Or the Resolution Centre (link at the foot of the page), and follow the instructions.
Or use the dropdown menu beside the transaction on your Purchase History page, and follow the instructions.
