Seller didn’t give to my refund

I ordered temperature but it's delivery to late so I buy other one so I sent for the return this one but I have all prof but  I not received my refund money I said for the seller he is blocked my email so I can't contacts

You don't email sellers. You message them through Ebay messages. Sellers cannot block messages from buyers who have recently purchased from them.

However, you don't need to contact the seller at all. You simply use the tools that Ebay has provided: 

The Money Back Guarantee (on every listing and in various other places across the site), and follow the instuctions.

Or the Resolution Centre (link at the foot of the page), and follow the instructions. 

Or use the dropdown menu beside the transaction on your Purchase History page, and follow the instructions.

Or use the Help pages with their integral search (link at top and foot of any page).
