I bought a neck masager for my father june 2nd it arrived with parts missing contacted the sell ,there reply was a partical refund and wecan keep the item .i refused and asked for a replacement ,i was told one had been sent and not to send the other one back.waited and waited No massager!!!! more messages back and forth in the end they end they said if i give them a possitve review they would send refund . I said i would like refund first yet again no refund . in the end i told them i would have to give them a negitive review as this just been going on for two months .seller them asked for my paypal account details which i give them still no refund after the stated 3 days and no message from seller .i worte again to them the reply was my pay refused the refund and did i have another paypal account .my reply pay it back through ebay .they are now not replying to any of my messages .
Sadly this is another case of a buyer struggling because they didn't use the straightforward eBay Money Back Guarantee.
In the post there is also a very dangerous statement regarding the threat of negative feedback.
Far too late for an eBay 'Item not as described' (faulty) case which needed to be opened and completed within 30 days from delivery/expected delivery >
