I bought a chamois leather that was half the size as listed. I have contacted the seller, no response. I started the returns process but the postage is almost as much as the item cost. Hi, I recently purchased an Echo Show whose condition was listed as "new".  When it arrived I had no reason to disbelieve this description, it certainly appeared to be new, and it functions fine.  I messaged the seller to request a proof of purchase receipt, and he replied on 13th May to say it was covered by Amazon warranty and that he'd send me the purchase invoice shortly. He didn't send it. Since then I've messaged him twice with reminders of his promise however they have been ignored.  Stupidly I gave him positive feedback before resolving this issue so can't hold any threat over him to provide negative feedback.  Is there anything I can do to make him stand by his commitment? Hi everyone, i've had this issue where i purchased an iPad. I paid for it and shortly after the seller deleted their account, the account went from pounds to Australian Dollars when shown on the paypal transaction which i thought was suspicious initially before the account was deleted. So i opened a claim through paypal to try and cancel the transaction but they closed my case as i mistakingly chose the wrong section and deemed it unauthorised transaction so they said i wasn't eligable to buyers protection. PayPal said i could open a case with eBay, but as i go onto ebay they said i couldn't as i already opened one with PayPal. Was a lot of money and i'm pretty worried about it 😬. Bought an item with expected delivery 3 days ago. Not arrived yet ( i know its too early to make a reclamation) Item has no tracking number so i don't know exactly where it is. Normally i do not have problems with deliveries but a few months ago we had squatters move in to the property next door and about 5 days ago i heard our then their doorbell (they are next to each other) ring.  By the time i got to the door i heard the neighbours door close and i saw a fleeting glance of a delivery driver running back to his car...not van with logo. Our squatter neighbours are total scumbags father & 2 minors they have glued our doorlocks, music banging away thru the day, & lots more , our once peaceful existance has gone. Hopefully i am wrong and the item turns up next week but i have a strange feeling that the squatters have it. i've not signed for anything but sometimes delivery companies just ask for id number, i have had 2 deliveries over the last month and verbally given my id and its possible the squatters heard my number and noted it down, would i have any recourse to ask for a refund from ebay/paypal?   ... I left negative feedback on a lot I won but did not receive as the buyer cancelled the sale - this was a legal contract, which the buyer broke - Ebay cancelled my negative feedback without contacting me. My 11 year old son ordered a pair of Gaming Headphones from a seller that disguised as a UK seller but was instead a dodgy seller based in Hong Kong - My son used his birthday money which was on his Debit Card and bought as a guest but used my email address - The goods never arrived and the money never refunded.
