I need to contact Ebay UK customer services, however on the phone number, there is a recorded message guiding you to the website and then it cuts off. When you go to the website the callback facility is not available!! How do you get any support at all from ebay?
I have been scammed and want my money back!!
There are very few reasons indeed for anyone, especially a buyer, needing to contact Customer Support. Ebay has provided all the support a buyer could possibly need, right here on the site:
The 30-day Money Back Guarantee (on every listing, and in various other places across the site).
The More Actions dropdown beside each transaction on your Purchase History page.
The Resolution Centre (link at foot of any page).
The Help pages with their integral search.
All you have to do is read and follow instructions. If you can't find the information you're looking for on-site, then chances are high that your issue isn't one that Ebay can help you with. But ask here on the forums to check.
Ebay are only doing call back or live chat at the moment, but often no need to contact them.
If it is about feedback you left.
open ebay case for item not received, escalate on day 9 for ebay to sort.
