Hi, I recently asked a seller to cancel my bid ( £10 item no other bids). She waited until just less than 24 hours before auction end and messaged me - I can’t cancel less than 24 hours end’. I asked for a link to this ruling and was ignored. By the time I read the message it was less than 12 hours and I could not retract my bid. *Please clarify / provide link - is it true a seller cannot cancel a bid is less than 24 hours TIL end of auction ? much appreciated 🙂

I have had issues with a seller on ebay I bought a dress but it was not as described the seller accepted the return after arguing over this. I returned the item myself and I have the recipt however no tracking info to put in on here. I have heard from the seller today who have said they have received the item but will not refund me. How do I go about this? What can I do I can't get hold of ebay.

I'm having an issue with an order which was supposedly delivered by Hermes on the 28th May, but I have not received it. The Ebay seller is not helpful, keeps stating the same thing, 'tracking system says delivered'. I've opened a request for Ebay to look into this, but I don't hold out any hope of getting my money back because the seller has 'proof' of delivery and will not make a claim through Hermes. I've made an official report against Hermes via the Resolver website (helps customers deal with non deliveries). I can't escalate this case through Ebay customer services until the 12th of June, then I will phone them and ask for advice. I don't know what else to do. Clearly, the seller is likely to win the case because due to the incorrect information on the tracking system. Although the amount is only £13, the principle of not receiving the parcel and being made to feel as though I'm lying is very hurtful.

I am not able to leave positive feedback on an item I recently bought. When I click on the button to leave feedback I get an error message saying "This transaction is no longer eligible for Feedback. You can try leaving Feedback for other transactions." even though the shipping information states "Tracking shows this item was delivered on Wed, 03 Jun. Estimated delivery date: Mon, 15 Jun" (I had the item in my hand on the 2nd - AM-AZ-ING!) I have tried clearing browser data but nothing. I'm still not allowed to leave feedback. What to do? Hi - First time here so not sure of group etc. Would like some inforamtion on a refund. I recently had a refund on an item but the monies have not been repaid into my bank account via the visa card used for payment but has for some strange reason ended up showing in PayPal balance. I have attempted - several times - to contact both e-bay and pay pal to resolve this but their automatic non user friendly platforms continually not answer my query. Is there anything I can do to get my money back rather than risk having it sit in the balnce forever. fingers Xd someone can help. Many thanks Mike

I'm in the UK. Bought a socket set but my wife had already bought me the same one. Needed to return it. It's come from a UK drop seller warehouse in the midlands, sold by someone in China (if that makes sense!). The seller really doesn't want me to return it (will give you discount, etc.), but I have no need for it. Seller has then given me an address which isn't on the UK mail database (Unit W9, Westpoint, WS9 8DT). Any idea what I do?

i recently placed an order on ebay consisting of proetin supplements and a number of second hand phones . my order was placed but shortly after i received an email saying i need to resubmit which i did . that happened a second time whcih i also had to resubmit . after that my bank took the amounts of my account balance and a few days later these payments cleared which clearly show in my account statement as spend yet ebay and paypal did not proceed to execute my order and ebay says i have left all the items in my basket. i do not know why paypal holding my funds and they do not show up anywhere. both my phone and email as well as my account have been veryfied via codes and i have not any any issues prior to that last order. thanks

I tried to buy an amazon Alexa from eBay at a very low price. I thought this was too good to be true. I received a message from eBay to say the account had been compromised and the listing had been removed so the transaction had been cancelled. I have checked my bank account and the money has still gone out. When I attempt to get a refund, eBay says the item has not been paid for! I have no idea what to do about it so any help would be great?! I have tried contacting the seller but have had no response.

I placed order and received confirmation by email with delivery dates. Payment was taken on the order date. the delivery date has passed without a delivery. Ebay does not appear to have a record of my order, all of the help pages display a later order - or all orders which includes a previous order(received) and a later order due for delivery later. I am going round in circles, HELP
