Order disapeared from ebay

I placed order and received confirmation by email with delivery dates.

Payment was taken on the order date.

the delivery date has passed without a delivery.

Ebay does not appear to have a record of my order, all of the help pages display a later order - or all orders which includes a previous order(received) and a later order due for delivery later.

I am going round in circles, HELP

If Ebay have no record, did you pay using Pay Pal? You might be able to open a case from there.

Unless you've had an email from Ebay telling you that the listing or the seller has been removed from the site, or you bought as a guest (not logged into your account), the order will be on your Purchase History page in My Ebay (top right of page).

If it definitely isn't there, open an Item Not Received case in PayPal. But do bear in mind that delivery estimates are exactly that - estimates. They are not guarantees. And deliveries are suffering delays at present due to the issues caused by the pandemic, with some areas worst-affected than others. So I would wait at least a week beyond the estimated delivery date before opening a case.  You have 180 days from purchase date in which to open a PayPal case, so there's no rush.
