Misdescribed item....again.

I bought a chamois leather that was half the size as listed. I have contacted the seller, no response. I started the returns process but the postage is almost as much as the item cost. How do I cancell that. I would also like to then inform ebay which I'm unable to do at present, as return is is process and as I said I can't seem to cancell.

if you had opened a not as described case the seller has to pay the return postage.

I explained my reason for returning item back to the seller, no response from them. So they certainly have not offered me free return postage. I want ebay to step in but site is not allowing me as I started a returns process. Cannot understand how to cancel that if you understand my meaning.
