My 11 year old son ordered a pair of Gaming Headphones from a seller that disguised as a UK seller but was instead a dodgy seller based in Hong Kong - My son used his birthday money which was on his Debit Card and bought as a guest but used my email address - The goods never arrived and the money never refunded. The seller has made numerous excuses as to why he cannot refund and has even asked me to take a dispute with ebay, I have disputed with ebay but don't think we are covered by Money Back Guarantee - How can I get my money back? I recently bought an item that was pictured with a nice presentation box but the box wasn't included and the seller was clear about this. After watching the item the seller sent me a 'special' offer, I counter-offered and said I would pay the asking price if they included the presenation box. The seller accepted my counter offer.    The item has arrived today without the presentation box. I now want to prove I added the comment in my counter offer but I cannot find the text anywhere. When I search for something on eBay, I DO NOT want to keep seeing items from China in the search results.   I am so sick of seeing this all the time.   I have always boycotted products made in China.   Since Covid-19, I am glad to see more & more people are feeling the same way and hopefully doing the same thing.   However, eBay seems to be going the opposite way & ecouraging more results from China in it's search results. Hi All.   More Click and Collect woes............   Seller says they have tracking info from Hermes! saying that my parcels been delivered to my chosen store, only trouble is they say theres nothing there for me. Also I havent received the FM code so presume the either the parcel has not been proccessed it or they never received it?   I open a case of "Item not received" thinking that the Click and Collect Team would get involved? Instead the seller opens a case and eBay rules in their favour which then closes down my one! because they have this ellusive Tracking Info (although the seller cannot produce a name or signature of anyone taking it in)   This Click and Collect is a real shambles and eBay need to take ownership as its them offering the service. i bought an item on ebay a few days ago from london.the item did not fit my chainsaw,and on this site it did not say that it would not.it said it was a sharpnerer for chainsaws.after getting in touch to return it the seller sent a return address for new south wales austrailia,which would cost more than i paid.this cannot be right,i have tried to contact ebay,who are useless and no help at all,so this means i will be loseing almost 13 pounds for somethink i cannot use.thanks to anyone who can help ... I brought a Mothercare parasol off a seller on eBay. Before I brought it, I asked what mothercare pram it fit, seller replied any mothercare pram so brought it. When it arrived it clearly says on the packaging that it needs a connector which is sold separately. This was not stated in the description or stated when I asked the seller if it would fit my Mothercare pram. She didn’t show the writing on the packaging on the post when advertising it. I started a return on the 23rd May, and the email told me that "you can ask us to step in from 01 Jun, 2020" with a clickable link to the page where it shows the return process steps. It's now way past the 1st June and there's still no button for ebay to step in?    The return is listed as "Doesn't work or is defective" as the item doesn't switch on, even after multiple attempts and many different methods of trying to charge the item it just doesnt work. Also the item description said that it would come with instructions.. But there are no instructions so the item isnt as described. The seller has informed ebay that they "can't buy a return postage label for you to return your item" - for which the seller is responsible for return postage and refund of item. The price to return the item is around £15 if i was to post it myself without this postage label, then the value of the item is around £19. They are only offering me a refund of £10 at this moment, and there is no option for eBay to step in yet!   If i was to post it myself without a label, surely i'm not guarenteed to get my postage money back?
