my card dont work on ebay even though its right details and address and at first i thought it was my card so i used same details on zavvi to purcgase a dvd and worked fine not sure why this has happened cos i have not changed any details

Don't understand what you mean, cards can only be used when making a payment through paypal.

Cards have no use at all with ebay, as they do not handle any payments.

i have always paid by my card i always choose pay by card rather than paypal just phone my bank and it was them that delined it cos they thought it was supicious even tho i had plenty in the account to cower it which is a good thing i suppose
