Click and Collect Again

More Click and Collect woes............

 

Seller says they have tracking info from Hermes! saying that my parcels been delivered to my chosen store, only trouble is they say theres nothing there for me. Also I havent received the FM code so presume the either the parcel has not been proccessed it or they never received it?  

I open a case of "Item not received" thinking that the Click and Collect Team would get involved?

Instead the seller opens a case and eBay rules in their favour which then closes down my one! because they have this ellusive Tracking Info (although the seller cannot produce a name or signature of anyone taking it in)

 

This Click and Collect is a real shambles and eBay need to take ownership as its them offering the service.

Any ideas of what I should do?

Seller doesn't open a case, there is no case for the seller to open. Slong asthey entered tracking when they posted and it shows delivered then the buyer will always win.

 

Any service offered by ebay in conjunction with others, for example is usually adisaster, too many pointsat which it can go wrong.

 

If a buyer cannot be at home to accept a delivery all they need to do is amend the delivery address on the paypal payment and arrange delivery to a Friend, Neighbour or Relation. So much safer.

 

As item was delivered you need to contact Ebay using Live Chat to get the number, then the store might be able to find it, but you have to collect wthin 7 days.
