I have a SNAD item to return, and started the return process, but when I print the return label, the address box is blank!

What do I do now - apart from banging my head against the wall in desperation?

You will have to contact ebay somehow, LIVE CHAT is best.

I assume that case has been opened correctly, if so the answer might be to escalate to ebay and let them produce a label.
