EBay official packaging

Every month I get a £10 voucher from eBay to purchase official packaging. I have for the last two times purchased the eBay postal bags. The bags are grouped together in 50’s however one of the bags is then used to bag up the other 49 and sealed, meaning it can’t be used.

I realise this is quite a small issue however, it’s EVERY TIME. 

Has anyone else picked up on this?

I haven't had it with eBay packaging, but I have had it from other sellers. Also had sellers short up to 10% (probably assuming people will not count to 250, for example). Whereas the best sellers err on the side of caution and send a few extra.

In your shoes, I sometimes ask the seller to send the missing parts of the order, depending on how cheeky they were! Why don't you reach out to eBay?

I get quite a few unusable poly bags, where the cutter has sliced a bit off a corner.

Do they have to send so many emails?

I think I've had about ten now for a single order of some bags.

I used to buy the tape but found I was throwing away so many rolls that just kept tearing so I started using boxes. On the whole these are reasonable good quality and also thanks to family saving packaging for me and a few marketplace give away I haven’t purchased boxes for about a year  so I am thankful to the voucher discount
