Anyone else having trouble when cloning items via the "Sell Similar" function?
ONly certain fields are now updatable for me. I cannot remove or replace images for example. Haven't bothered to try any other fields further doen the listing as this was pointless.
First notices yesterday (14/03) and still happing today (14/03).
I'm using Chrome on my laptop (as usual).
Any advice would be much appreciated.

O.K. getting quite p***ed now.
Day three, different browser (Edge this time) still not able to update the details on a listing. No error messages or highlights indicating what the problem might be. Anyone else having this problem. Its literally stopping me cloning or updating exisiting 'active' listings.... EEEEEEEGGGGHHH!

I understand your frustration...... I am about to make it worse..... It is working fine for me. I literally just tested one on tablet using chrome and no issues at all. I also did bulk sell similar yesterday and it was fine on desktop using Edge.
Have you tried editing the drafts that will have been creted from your failed attempts?
Also when i do have issues I tend to use Opera as an interim fix. Ebay nearly always blame the browser.
Now i know you won't want to hear this.... Log out. Switch off. Open & log in again. If that fails, clear cookies..... I know it rarely works but it might......

Hello, and thanks for responding to my plea for help.
I've tried the cookie thing and finally resorted to requesting a call-back from the help team. They couldn't understand it logged an issue with their tech team and asked me to send them a video (which I couldn't because they wanted me to attach it to an email... doh!) I should have come up with a fee I could throw at them but unfortuantely I was too frustrated at the end of the call to be that savvy. I could have called it something like 'Seller Frustration Ley' maybe.
ANyways I'm still unable to clone a listing, or update a draft listing so if I can't do that I guess that's the decision made re. dropping eBay altogether (which was strongly under consideration anyway).

I'm having the same problem with the sell similar function in the App since the last update. It's so frustrating!
It now throws up an error saying " The first postage service cost must be 0 when Free postage is selected " even though the listing being cloned already has postage as free with obviously no cost. That's what I thought selecting free postage means!
Also had other random issues like no dispatch time selected, despite it showing as same day and already set in the listing I'm cloning.
Also there no longer seems to be a way of adding an additional postal service in the app.
I cannot find any way in the app to rectify this so I'm now forced to save as draft and finish on the laptop.
I've reinstalled, cleared cache, I have the latest android updates, no difference.
I list multiple similar items, using the app to upload photos etc, so these errors greatly increases the time this takes so therefore effects business.
The update has really ruined the functionality of the app for me
