Ive been trying to buy it now or bid on GPU's but it always returns this error.  I have missed out on bids and on items that I wanted to buy. I have tried on multiple items already and it always returns this error.

I am sure that I am not the only one with this issue. Has anyone resolved it?

Where are you based in the UK ?  Is it by chance the Channel Isles,  Jersey or Guernsey in particular?

If the seller has excluded Europe from places they post to, eBay have somehow deemed to have those places part of that continent and so buyers from those places may be excluded from buying certain seller's items.

Ask your sellers to check this,  to untick Europe from their Site prefs, and to add you to their exemption list that may help too.

Hi! Im in the Hounslow, London.

Its just a bit confusing why most of the items I cannot bid or buy. 

Its also a hassle that I have to ask sellers to add me to their exception list.

Alright, so after some trial and error, I figured out I can't bid or buy graphics cards with "nvidia" or "geforce" in the listing.

But I can buy stuff without those words.

How can this be solved? Am I like, banned or something?

Very bizarre,  and excuse my ignorance but those descriptive words are unknown to me ! 🤔

If those words for whatever odd reason need to be eliminated from the listings for you to be able to buy,   then you'll need to ask the seller to relist them explaining how and the reason why !

As said,  this is a totally new one for me ! 🤗

I've just been in touch with their customer service and said they were receiving the same issue with another account.

CS said they would escalate to their back office or IT team to get it sorted within 3 business days.

Can't do anything but wait i guess

I've just asked one of our community managers re this occurring issue, that many are experiencing,  you are certainly not alone.

Marco previously stated (for same error text, slightly different code) that it was to do with the seller's settings, and he could not disclose anything else.

Things like this are still occuring, and due to the lack of customer service, I've just about given up w ebay, Theres enough related issues for a concerned ebay employeer to do something if they were so inclined

As well as GPUs  which I manged to get from elswhere, this is also happening for me on 'DJI Mini 3 pro'  items, customer services have stopped actually even sending the chat sessions to  (too much incrimination of their disdain)  and 2 seperate escallation cases.   Shoddy if not downright disrespectful.

Scenario, both seller and buyer in same country, seller posts to same county ( ps all UK) , this happens consistently on type of item (e.g. GPUs, and the 'mini 3 pro in my case, and with 'siemens' and 'lockheed' for other posts on community) be that bid, make offer or buy-it-now, yet tother items work as expected.

Such error seems to go above the heads of Ebay's contacts.

If you can get some leverage with ebay I'll be happy to prove the undesiable symptoms of the error but it really needs a techy to investigate  account+items sysytem error/code scenarios.

Maybe I've just been too good a customer of ebay for too long that my accounts  time is up and thay just want me to go away!

I have just started receiving this error. With or without VPN, Wifi or mobile network. App or web. Cleared cache, logged out and back in even tried a  ompletely different Wifi network but I still receive error.

Started to happen from today. Tried removing cache reinstalling the app nothing works

Yeah, do't bother messing with your settings it is pointless. 
its now been 3 weeks for me with no change but I can randomly buy stuff, just not at the best prices. It wouldnt even let me buy an item 30 miles away from me. Not available in your location message. What a joke.

the fact so many are having this shows its an Ebay issue. This has happened before to others which tells you something. 

i dint think  Ebay has a clue based upon my responses from them. Don't hold your breath my friends.
