Message to tech support

Hi eBay Support,

 

I’m experiencing a technical issue with my listings. My delivery options are set correctly, but the “Arrives Before Christmas” message is not showing for buyers, even though my dispatch times and postage services should qualify.

 

This is affecting customer confidence and potentially my sales, especially at this time of year.

 

Could you please look into this and advise why the Christmas delivery estimate is not appearing, and how I can get it fixed?
