I recently had a request from eBay to update my personal information by using photo ID. This I have done, however how do you know that it has been verified, approved and that all is well? It is very frustrating to deal with automated 'assistants'.

eBay packlink login error. Page not found
I have a few open claims with eBay Packlink regarding lost parcels, but I can’t log in to check the status. Have they changed something? Is Packlink down? Or is it just me?
