That button for immediate contact to CS has gone, probably because of the sheer volume of calls at this time of year.
You can still get through to CS but it takes a lot of perseverance.

That takes you to an annoying AI bot but if you persevere keep asking questions it cannot answer and Insist on an agent, they do finally put you through and say .... waiting time ** minutes! Took me a good 10 minutes arguing with the bot then a 2 minute wait to speak to Dublin.
