Anyone been able to resolve access to pre paid QR code. Error showing Technical difficulies p,ease try later. Its neen all day?

hi there,

 

That is a very unhelpful error message.

 

Personally I'm not seeing any errors at the moment but there are some things worth checking (apologies if you have already covered these) ...

 

Would I be right in thinking it has been a while since you last sold on eBay?

 

I noticed on your sale yesterday that you were offering free standard postage and so eBay would try to recover this cost from you .. either from your pending cleared payments or, if none, from whatever payment method they have on file for you to cover charges.  If you have not paid eBay anything recently then in the first instance I'd recommend checking your payment methods on file and check messages for requests to re-validate bank info or payment cards.

 

Failing that I'd suggest asking the chatbot to speak to an agent ... you might need to be persistent as they are very busy+short staffed these days I'm afraid.

Thanks for the reply. I don't usually sell on ebay but did manage to get a call back from an agent and there is indeed a technical issue that they are working on fixing.

Just also ensure you have registered for eBay's Managed Payments fully and correctly.
