Refund status

Hi everyone

 

I was hoping someone could help me with this matter.

 

on the 15th November I purchased an item. After receiving the item and had contacted the seller we agreed on a refund of £10. Which as per eBay and the status of the order it was processed to my apple pay. However I went to check the amount charged on the 15th of November and the full price is there on my bank card but there’s no +£10 anywhere between then and today. 

Has anyone gone through this? If this make any difference the card is a flexi card from Monzo.

What was the refund for?

 

If this was a partial refund this cannot be enforced and you are working only on a promise from the seller.

 

If the item is faulty / not as described,  you are entitled to a full refund but you do need to claim within 30 days of the items last estimated date for delivery. Those rules are the same in Portugal as they are here in the UK.

Thank you for the quick reply

 

So what should I do in this case. The original issue was the item had been sent to the wrong address, and because of that I had raised the issue and said I wanted the item as it showed as delivered even though in the wrong place.

 

Also, see attached the printscreen on what shows on my order, it looks to me the seller actually processed a refund? This is directly from the ebay app.
