Chat assistant just abandoned my requests for help

I have had an account for 5 years but now I am having to leave ebay as it is proving to be fairly rubbish. 

I needed help with an item I have sold ',not been paid' and the chat advisor just abandoned my message and now I cannot get any help. I am removing all my items and labelling them as sold so that I can leave.

There is no need to contact ' a chat advisor' --- just use the Unpaid report option given by eBay after 4 complete days from item end >

Not that simple. The item was posted 24hr delivery and has not been returned to me 12 days later.

The buyer paid. The money is with eBay. I'm left waiting for funds 12 days later after sending express delivery. This isn't a good policy.

You originally stated it was unpaid that is the premise the advice has been given

So was it unpaid?

Did you post it without payment?

Or is this a return?
