Can't change from sole trader to limited business

I can't change my entity from sole trader to a limited company, there is no edit button available. Tried different browsers, clearing cookies/cache etc. but still I can't change this.

 

Originally tried updating details last week and was told to wait 24 hours. Anybody else experienced this and managed to edit their information?

Following up here. There should be an update to your account regarding the payout status. Once you are logged you can check  the payment section within seller hub.

With wanting to change your information to a limited company have you updated new bank details and provided any documents to eBay as part of this process?

Can't change from sole trader to limited business

Hello, I've managed to update my new bank/VAT details fine, but have had no payouts since (no bank issue as far as I'm aware). I've not been asked to provide any documents to eBay at present and have also received no messages in regard to this. 

 

I do have all relevent documents for company, VAT and bank etc. so would be happy to provide if it helps.

Let me link in with the payments team to check on the verification part for your account. We are unable to check accounts here. The customer support agent from today does have your account to check after the 24 hours.   I'll follow up once I have more information.
