I've got an item on Buy it Now, with 2 watchers. I saw that Ebay would let me send them an offer so I did. Now I've got 3 watchers, but I can't see any way to send the 3rd watcher the same offer. Is there a way?

HI, The item I sent has been delivered to the address given by the buyer, tracking number states delivered and GPS shows correct location. Buyer is disputung she has received this and Ebay have deducted the funds from my Paypal. Can anyone advise on best next course of action. Thanks

I'm getting increasingly frustrated with buyers who bid and win an item (sometimes with several bids) then say they want to cancel. Or those who don't even bother to respond to messages. I would like to be able to report people for this as it's grossly unfair on a seller.

Hello. I have a few questions about basic shop 1. items listed before the opening of the basic shop will be there? 2. Can I run a basic shop as a private seller? 3. If I have a basic shop, can I use the vacation option (suspension of sales for a period of time, e.g. 2 weeks)? 4. Will I benefit from the shop directly after the open basic shop? I know it is in the regulations but it is not 100% clear to me. Thank you for your help

Hi I have listed an item that ends in 2 days. I am trying to upload more pictures but I get the access denied error. I have rebooted, tried differnt browsers and signed out and in again. I've tried on my mobile phone too. It did upload one additonal photo and I wondered if that was too large so I've tried to delete it and I get the same error. Any ideas?

I am trying to report a buyer who has requested to make a purchase directly through PayPal and scam me, but the Report Buyer option in Help & Contact will not work because the item is unsold on eBay, even though on the Report a Buyer page it states that this is a valid reason to report!

Buyer says item he bought does not work, though it worked fine when we sent it. He has asked for a refund which we are giving as don;t want bad feedback, but doi we have to refund postage as well? In both directions?

I have been blocked from selling on eBay as they say I need a VAT number. However, I don't sell much at all, a few private listings, so they say I need to get a tax emeptiom certificate from HMRC. I can not find any information on how to apply for this online. Can anyone direct me to the proper place to apply for such a thing please? Thank you.
