I am trying to list a item, however when I click on the listing icon; I get sent to the password screen. I enter my passowrd and then it pops up a window about uplifting my selling allowance, At this point it declines because I don not need to uplift them and then it sends me back to the ebay main page.   No listing.   I have list items before without this problem, this one however is killing me. ... I sold my cooker but heard nothing from the buyer. Then a courier rang me on a Saurday saying he would be at my house in a few minutes to pick it up. I didn't know the courier was coming and suspected something fishy, but I let him pick up the cooker without checking it was paid. The 'man in a van' said  he was just doing a pick up on behalf of his boss via an ebay buyer. He had other items in the van and he took my old cooker away. The cooker was a SMEG one and only 5 years old (cost £2k), so this wasn't junk. I'm selling my house and the photographer was coming 3 days later, so I was backed in a corner as I needed that big cooker (stored in my dining room) out of the way. I should have checked the feedback and took a chance that he will pay me - let my guard down once and get scammed. The buyer has severeal feedback comments of people saying he took the item and not paid etc. He's ignored my emails via ebay and I raised an unpaid case with ebay. All that has done is for ebay to wave my seller payment cvia a credit. Ebay thinks i still have the item to relist but I don'y - its in his van! Police will not be interested - there does. not appear to be options to cover this on ebay reporting - any advice? ... View more

I had my account compromised and ever since my promoted listing impressions have dropped dramatically.   My promoted impressions were around 15000 per day but now as low as 1000 per day. It has been this way for the past 30 days and I am losing a hell of a lot of sales. Keep reporting to ebay but no help what so ever!   Have tried ending the old campaign and starting a new one but no difference.    Any ideas what I can do to get this back on track? ... View more

Ebay sent me an email on the sale of an item which had the wrong address for the buyer.  I later discivered that the "Click link" had the correct address.  I had to refund the item.   I phoned and their representative told me there had been a fault on their system and if I took a screen shot of the email he would initiate compensation.  I have heard nothing - and have now been charged a sellers fee for an item that was lost because ebay gave me the wrong address.  Talk about rubbing salt in the wound!   I have asked for call back since and received none.   Anyone else met this problem and had a satisfactory outcome? ... I have forgotten my password to a business account that I had on ebay and the email address that is associated with the account is no longer in use, does anyone know how I can get the password resent link sent to a differnet email address so i can get access to it?   If i request the password reset it gets sent to the old defunct email address that I can no longer get access to.   Any info would be gratefully accepted ... eBay has refunded my buyer before I have my item back even though I send the buyer 2 return labels eBay have refunded him and my item hasn't come back. He said it wasn't as described because he didn't read the listing properly, but isn't it going against eBays own policy of not refunding the buyer  until you have your item back? ... View more
