not receiving promotion offers to sell for a £1

I am a regular seller and usually receive promotional listing fees to sell for £1. However, I have not received any since June? I don't understand why I am not getting this promotion anymore when other sellers surely are?

Ebay haven't been offering the £1 promo for a while and when they do they are random, not everyone receives them all of the time.

Thank you. I have always have received them almost every two weeks to a month and now nothing so was just wondering why I suddenly wasn't getting the promotion.
