Is anyone else having problems signing in to the resolution centre

I wanted to open an unpaid item case, however I have tried. Ultiple times today to do this but when I am asked to sign in I get a message Ooops that does not match. I have requested a text number to sign in with and that does not work either, same error message.  I have used Safari and Chrome and the same issue with both. 

is anyone else having this problem please?
