Recently I made the mistake of looking at the Seller Hub. Now, whenever I try to go from my Summary page via the My Ebay menu to my Selling page, Ebay automatically redirects me to the Seller Hub. There, a message is overlaid on the page saying "Let's show you around" or something similar. I can't find a way to get past this message or delete it. Customer Services told me this is a permanent programming change which is non-reversible! It's a very bad bit of programming by Ebay, and lousy customer service. Has anyone found a way to reverse this unwanted software ?
If you haven't been able to get out of the hub on the selling/listing page in the box titled Selling Tools the bottom option is Opt Out. It might also help to clear cookies.
Until you try the seller hub you will never discover how much better it is than the Standard Selling Pages.
Takes time getting accustomed to but it is all on the one page, can be arranged to fit your own requirements and I would never want to go back to the Stone age.
I understood that it is the thing for the future and whether you like it or not it will be coming.
