Will I loose paypal fees for canceling orders on buyers request?

I've heard of Paypal changing their policy in terms of fees not being reimbursed if the buyer wants a refund. Not sure if that is the case with ebay, paypal partnership.

I have a collection only listing and had to cancel order 6 times, because buyers can't be bothered to read. I have ''collection only'' in the title, condition description, description. Doesn't help... I just want to know that this is not gonna cost me a lot, as fees do add up.

Thank you in advance.

Yes, you will lose all PayPal fees.

Selling collection items on Ebay is no longer a viable option. Even buyers who do read and can collect can pay by PayPal if they choose, a payment option which is totally unsafe for sellers, so my advice is to list on Gumtree, Ebay's sister site.

You are asking about fees, but depending on how you cancelled you will still pay selling fees.

Why are you cancelling, that just lets Non Payers off the hook so they can continue messing sellers about. Any nonpayers you should open an Unpaid Case, which is guaranteed to get a refund of sellers fees.

Any payments you have had to refund means you are incurring paypal fees. It is all so unnecessary, why can't you post? Collection Only restricts the number of potential buyers.

paypal don't refund fees any more

it's because you are doing collection only on something that can be posted,

most people won't notice it is collection only for something of that size

you are selling them as 'manufacturer refurbished' is that true or did you do it yourself?
