i got an email telling me that i have a bid on one of my items and when i check the item under my active listings there is no bid but when i check the item the bid the person put on says £0.00. why has this happened and has it happened to anyone else

Is there a bid retraction?  Click on where it says number of bids on the listing to check.

I've never heard of that happening before.   Must be a weird glitch.   Plenty of those at the moment.
