Sent a parcel via Evri. It’s been over a week and still not delivered. Buyer would not respond to me and has had a refund from eBay.
As a seller do I have any rights? EBay closed the case and impossible to contact. FAQs all aimed at buyers.
I’m worried that if it now gets delivered, no payment now and buyer won’t return (hasn’t responded at all). What can I do?
If it is missing am I entitled to anything?

With SD ebay usually issue the refund themselves and the seller keeps the payment. So check that.

Don't worry too much!
If you sold under Simple Delivery, *ebay* take care of the refund, *not* the seller 😊
(loss or damage in the post is covered by ebay under S.D. rules -unless you're excluded from S.D. which means you wouldn't have been able to *list* it under S.D....)
I take it the money from the sale is still in your account?
